The Terrace Tavern, Route 434, Apalachin, was the recipient of the 1997 trophy for "The Best Tasting Wings" in the Southern Tier during the 1997 Easter Seals Wing Fest. The Terrace's chicken wings were chosen by the more than 1,000 people who attended the festival. The Binghamton firefighters presented The Terrace Tavern with a certificate for the Best Tasting HOT Wings.
